We will talk about them.<\/p>\n<p>There are several dozen criteria that will be important and significant for the choice of housing, but we will focus only on the main ones.<\/p>\n<h4>Price<\/h4>\n<p>For 80% of buyers, the price of real estate is the main criterion that they pay attention to when choosing an apartment. It is largely determined by the level of income and helps to form a segment of available offers from those available on the market. The best choice will be an apartment with windows overlooking at least three sides of the world, but there is not always a choice, so you should determine in advance how important for you the amount of light in the apartment.<\/p>\n<h4>Planning<\/h4>\n<p>When buying a new apartment, take into account not only your current housing needs, but also plans for the future. For example, increasing the family. Developers also offer large apartments of 80 m2, the price per square meter of which is much lower than, for example, studio apartments.
