Inspection of soils, including for the possibility of landslides.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Radiometric.<\/strong> Determination of the density of concrete, stone and loose materials.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Neutron.<\/strong> Setting the humidity of building materials and controlling their porosity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Detachment with chipping.<\/strong> Determination of the strength of concrete in the structure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pneumatic.<\/strong> Establishing the air permeability of the research object.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Thermal imaging.<\/strong> Determination of the level of thermal protection of buildings and structures Research of heating systems, detection of areas where wiring is overheated.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leveling, photogrammetry, theodolite surveying.<\/strong> Detection of its volume deformation of buildings\/structures, as well as possible settlement of the foundation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Survey data are used to analyze the technical condition of objects. Based on the results of the expert assessment, a special report is drawn up. The report on the technical condition of the building is an official document that can be issued by an expert or a company that has the right to carry out such work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical inspection of buildings and structures is carried out in those cases when the need arises:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Legalize arbitrary construction.<\/strong> A technical inspection of a self-constructed object is to be carried out (without obtaining a permit to carry out construction work and without the involvement of contractors).
